By purchasing any package or item from the ProjectEvo CityRP Store, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not make a purchase.
All purchases are for digital in-game items and perks delivered to your Steam account on our Garry's Mod server. These are not physical goods and have no real-world monetary value outside of this platform.
Packages are delivered automatically within 30 seconds of a confirmed payment. If you are offline, rewards are stored and delivered when you next join the server.
You are responsible for ensuring the correct Steam account is used at checkout. Gifted packages are delivered to the SteamID you provide. We cannot reverse gifts sent to the wrong account.
Donator perks do not exempt you from server rules. Abuse of donator privileges, exploits, or rule-breaking may result in removal of perks without refund.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove perks and items at any time to maintain game balance. We will make reasonable efforts to replace removed items with alternatives of equal value.
You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to make a purchase. Payment processors may impose their own age requirements.
ProjectEvo is not liable for any loss arising from server downtime, game updates that affect functionality, or third-party payment processor issues.
